Maker&Smith who have brought us the UK Craft Council’s Real to Reel: Craft Film Festival is calling for submissions from artists and makers around Australia to participate in the inaugural Australian Makers’ Film Festival 2020.

 Maker&Smith are looking for a diversity of approach in arts, crafts and film-making to convey the richness and breadth of contemporary craft practice in Australia. Go to makerandsmith.com.au for more information. Submissions close 1 April 2020.

To get an idea of what it’s all about, come along to the screening of the UK Craft Council’s Real to Reel: Craft Film Festival at Castlemaine’s Theatre Royal on Sunday 16thFebruary to view the 32 short films in two back-to-back screenings commencing at 10am.
