Another conservation job completed today with the ornate entry gate on Urquhart Street repaired and re-hung! Thanks to local tradies, Lyall Skinner for his superb work on the overall repairs, replacing rotting timber with like-for-like in accordance with heritage guidelines and Ken Holden, for his excellent wood-turning skills replicating the decorative details. We also wish to convey our gratitude to the generous donor whose financial assistance made this possible. Just needing a coat of the famous Buda ‘Parsley’ green paint to finish the job now.
