DESCRIPTION:Book Now\nWednesday February 23rd\, 9am -10.30am. \nSummer is a challenging time for gardens in central Victoria. Find out how the Buda garden team maintains the garden with minimal irrigation. This tour will be conducted by our Garden Curator who will introduce you to some of the Buda plants that thrive in the heat and share summer gardening recommendations.  \nCost $15 full/$12 concession card holders and Friends of Buda.  \nPlease come dressed for the weather. Note this walk includes uneven paths and is not suitable for people with limited mobility.  \nMorning tea and plant sale included. \n       \nBuda’s own Garden Curator\, Carol Henderson is a horticulturist\, permaculture designer and teacher. Passionate about urban food production\, she finds all plants and gardens fascinating and regularly runs workshops for CERES\, schools and local councils. Working with children\, youth and adults from all walks of life\, Carol tailors each session to suit the needs and interests of each group. Her style is friendly and highly interactive so you won’t be sitting still for long! \n\n\nCOVID safety \n\nThis ramble and morning tea will take place outdoors\, under Covid safe distancing requirements and strict limitation on numbers.\nSee our Covid Safe plan here \nShould we have to cancel the ramble due to Government changes relating to COVD-19\, we will let you know as soon as possible.
